Actalent is seeking a Land Surveyor for a permanent, onsite role in Freehold, NJ. The successful candidate will prepare Title, ALTA, and Topographic surveys and perform construction stakeouts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with NJ regulations.

The position requires 6+ years of surveying experience and proficiency in site plan and subdivision development, roadway, grading, and utility design. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 per year, with company vehicles for site travel, training

Qualifications

• 6+ years of land surveying experience.
• Experience with topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys.
• Proficiency in site plan and subdivision land development, roadway, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, and water systems design.
• Familiarity with New Jersey State, County, and Local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Title Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and As-built Surveys.
• Perform Construction Stakeout.
• Maintain proficiency on regulations and standards.
