Applicants should have 6+ years of land surveying, strong knowledge of NJ regulations, and experience with site plans, subdivisions, roadways, drainage and utility design. This permanent, on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits.

• 6+ years of land surveying experience.
• Experience with topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys.
• Proficiency in projects involving site plans, subdivisions, roadways, grading, drainage, and utility design.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare Title Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and As-built Surveys.
• Perform Construction Stakeout.
• Maintain proficiency on regulations and standards.
