Job summary

This role offers mentorship, growth, and the chance to work on landmark projects. The position may be filled at Assistant Survey PM, Associate Survey PM, or Principal Survey PM based on licensure and experience.

Qualifications

• LSIT in the state of practice is required or preferred.
• BSLS or related Geomatics/Surveying Engineering Technology degree or equivalent is required.
• RLS/PLS credential is preferred for higher levels and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage or support land survey projects from start-up through completion.
• Coordinate activity with clients, agencies, design teams, field crews and internal departments.
• Help keep projects on schedule and within budget through planning and communication.
• Prepare or support proposals, scopes, budgets, contracts, schedules, and billing documentation.
