Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking a Land Manager located regionally to report to client offices regularly. The role involves leading a portfolio of Land projects, coordinating multiple project managers, and aligning execution plans with TRC core values.

Strong leadership, budgeting, and risk management are essential. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 6 years of PM experience, and a PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preference given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
• Local candidates preferred.
• At least 6 years of project management experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Client Rep and Director to report Land progress.
• Create and manage project budgets; reforecast monthly.
• Oversee a portfolio of Land projects.
• Utilize TRC and client tech to manage projects.
• Ensure consistent messaging to stakeholders.
• Perform risk assessment and mitigation plans.
• Develop Execution Plans to meet requirements.
• Orient Land personnel on planning, safety, and QA.
• Assign tasks and manage documentation and submissions.
• Report progress to client daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Conduct Personnel Performance Evaluations.
• Handle complex negotiations as assigned.
