Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; 6+ years in oil & gas, land, real estate, or legal.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; Senior Right of Way certification preferred.

• Negotiates, acquires, and manages land and property rights for pipelines and facilities.
• Meets with landowners, local leaders, and stakeholders to negotiate easements and purchase agreements.
• Supports budgets for projects and analyzes market conditions and real estate developments.
• Collaborates with legal counsel to prepare contracts, title reports, and land documents.
• Represents the company in public meetings and external stakeholder interactions as needed.
