Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, land use planning, management or business.
• 4 years of combined education/experience may substitute the degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, site selection, and management of sites for major energy facilities.
• Negotiate land rights with landowners and legal representatives.
• Prepare land rights instruments and conduct courthouse searches.
• Lead preparation of permit applications and obtain approvals from federal/state/local agencies.
• Represent the company before regulatory bodies and provide testimony.
