Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior Division Order/Land Title Analyst to verify ownership, manage division orders, and ensure timely revenue across assets in the Private Bank group.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in upstream oil & gas division order or land administration, with strong collaboration skills and proficiency in Pak Energy, Excalibur, and Quorum. Bachelor’s degree preferred; in-office role with cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Division Order and/or Land Administration in upstream oil and gas.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• Solid understanding of mineral ownership, title docs, and revenue distribution.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in land and accounting software such as Pak Energy, Excalibur, Quorum, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Examine legal and land documents to determine ownership interests and revenue distribution.
• Handle incoming division order documents and complex division of interest calculations; coordinate with operators.
• Identify wells with expected but missing revenue and address gaps.
• Set up and maintain land system records to support ownership claims and audits.
• Work with Finance, Accounting, and Engineering to ensure accurate reporting and valuation.
• Participate in acquisitions/divestitures by reviewing ownership information.
• Support asset integration by gathering documents for timely revenue setup.
• Monitor unresolved issues like suspended funds and missing payments.
