HWC Engineering is seeking a qualified Land Development Project Manager in Indiana to lead residential and commercial land development efforts, oversee due diligence, site evaluation, permitting, and coordination with municipalities and contractors.

The role emphasizes budget creation, internal reporting, and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with land development.
• PE license in Indiana or eligibility via reciprocity.
• Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Data analysis and organizational abilities; capable of independent and team work.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and supervise engineering work for site engineering and land development projects.
• Coordinate engineering projects with unique criteria and manage project teams.
• Supervise engineers and CAD technicians; provide site engineering expertise.
• Scope work and write proposals; manage budgets and forecasting.
• Communicate with clients to ensure needs are met; oversee invoices and reporting.
