Qualifications

• 10+ years of site design experience.
• PE license is required.
• Knowledge of local land use processes and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Project management of land development plans.
• Quality control and regulatory agency permitting.
• Financial management including invoice preparation.
• Hiring, mentoring, and training new staff.
