Entellus, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Land Development team in Austin, Texas. You will oversee residential, multi-family, commercial, and industrial sites, ensuring project performance, quality, and client satisfaction while guiding junior engineers and technicians.

The role emphasizes business development to bring in new work, plus mentoring and setting technical standards. Expect a hybrid work model with on-site and remote collaboration, and opportunities to shape projects

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience managing land development projects.
• Texas-registered PE is required.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients.
• Solid land development, grading, and drainage knowledge.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and site inspections.
• Detail-oriented, professional, team player, and self-starter.
• Proven track record in project execution and client management.
• Ability to work independently/remotely and adapt to non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and manage scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare and manage monthly client invoicing.
• Mentor project team members.
• Manage land development projects through full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to grow business.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and best practices across projects.
