Job summary

T&M Associates seeks a Senior Project Manager – Land Development in King of Prussia, PA. This role leads large land development projects, guiding teams through concept to construction, coordinating with clients and authorities to ensure compliant, cost-effective designs. A PE license and 10+ years in site development are required.

The position supports a hybrid work environment across PA offices and offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• PE license is required.
• 10+ years in site development with 2+ years in project management.
• Experience with zoning analysis, grading, drainage design, utilities, and stormwater.
• Knowledge of PA municipal land use regulations and permitting (DEP, PennDOT).
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
• Experience developing proposals, budgeting, and handling change orders.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and stormwater tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and management of complex land development projects from concept to construction.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables for successful execution.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, attorneys, and stakeholders.
• Oversee permits submissions for land use, environmental, and transportation.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and quality oversight to junior staff.
