Job summary

T&M Associates is seeking an accomplished Site/Civil Engineer to lead our Land Development team across New Jersey offices in Middletown, Bloomfield, or Mount Laurel. The role emphasizes zoning analysis, site design, grading, drainage, and regulatory compliance.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with a focus on project leadership, client engagement, and collaboration with senior stakeholders to drive performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license required (NJ or NY preferred).
• 15+ years of land development experience with NJDEP/NJDOT permitting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and stormwater modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the group in coordination with senior stakeholders.
• Manage and deliver projects for core clients within schedule and budget.
• Build and strengthen client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
