Job summary

T&M Associates is seeking a Staff Engineer 2 to join the Land Development team in Pennsylvania. The role involves designing land development projects, zoning analysis, and site planning with a hybrid work setup combining remote work and in-office collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of land development experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, and stormwater modeling, and strong communication skills for public presentations and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• 3-5 years of land development experience with zoning analysis, land planning, grading, drainage, utility layout, and stormwater management.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil3D, and stormwater modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site designs including grading, stormwater management, utilities, drainage and site planning.
• Prepare reports, plans, specs, cost estimates, and other contract documents for land development projects.
• Conduct feasibility and due diligence studies and support land use and zoning processes.
• Model and design stormwater facilities and land development infrastructure.
• Acquire construction land use permits from state, county, and local entities.
• Grow into project management, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients and regulatory agencies.
