Metric Geo in Charleston, SC is seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead land development projects from our Charleston office. The role requires guiding projects through early planning, design coordination, permitting, and client communication.

You will bring 8+ years of civil engineering experience and 3+ years of project management, with a strong background in residential and commercial land development. PE is preferred and you should have strong client management and business development

• Strong land development background across residential & commercial projects.
• PE preferred.
• Strong client management and business development instincts.
• CLOMR/LOMR experience is a bonus.
