Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Project Manager to join our Civil/Site team in Jacksonville, FL. You will lead land development design, manage budgets and client relations, and coordinate with AutoCAD/Civil 3D tasks to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship of staff, and adherence to regulatory requirements across residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of Land Development Design experience.
• Experience in Residential, Commercial, & Industrial projects.
• PE licensure required.
• Knowledge of local land use processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analyses, grading and site development.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Strong communication with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and judgment capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Construction oversight experience is a plus.
• Dedicated, responsive, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Land development design and related civil tasks.
• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Quality control and regulatory permitting oversight.
• Prepare proposals and invoices; monitor budgets.
• Financial management including invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Schedule projects and coordinate staff.
• Manage clients and maintain relationships.
