Job summary

Bohler’s Nashville office is seeking a Project Manager who will oversee complex land development projects from concept to completion. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, cultivate client relationships, and drive outcomes that reflect your expertise and vision.

You will balance design quality with budgets and schedules, manage permits and contracts, mentor Assistant Project Managers, and present at public hearings and client meetings to advance Bohler’s growth in Greater Nashville.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience.
• PE license preferred.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships.
• Experience with budgets, contracts, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery from concept to completion.
• Serve as primary client contact with clear communication.
• Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers and staff.
• Oversee contracts, invoicing, and change management.
• Present at public hearings and client meetings as needed.
• Collaborate on business development and account growth.
• Promote quality control and continuous improvement.
