Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery from concept to completion.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure expectations are met through proactive leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project staff and junior engineers.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, invoicing, and change management.
• Present at public hearings, client meetings, and community sessions as needed.
