Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in land development, civil/site design, and permitting.
• Proven PM and client relationship experience.
• PE license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead land development projects from concept to completion.
• Manage design, permitting, schedules, budgets, and quality control.
• Act as primary client contact with proactive communication.
• Mentor Assistant PMs, engineers, and staff.
• Oversee contracts, invoicing, change orders, and profitability.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and public hearings.
• Support business development, account growth, and client retention.
• Promote technical excellence and continuous improvement.
