Qualifications

• Must be a Colorado-registered Land Surveyor (RLS).
• Minimum 10 years land surveying experience, including at least 5 years in management of a survey department.
• Strong client service focus and ability to develop business with new/existing clients.
• Extensive knowledge of topographic and boundary surveys; proficient in robotic and GPS methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead and train staff.
• Experience with preparing scopes, fee proposals, and project schedules.
