Job summary
Howard Hughes Communities seeks a Senior Project Manager to coordinate and execute multiple land development projects from planning through delivery in the Phoenix area. You will manage budgets, schedules, and construction activities while coordinating with design consultants, contractors, and municipal agencies to secure entitlements and approvals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years’ project management of horizontal land development projects.
- Professional Engineer Registration (AZ) a plus; GIS experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead land development projects from planning to delivery with budgets, cash flow, schedules, and construction alignment.
- Oversee land development improvements installation and manage contracts, bids, change orders, and cost control.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and agencies to support entitlements and approvals.
