Job summary

Atwell, LLC in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager for land development to lead high‑impact projects, mentor staff, and ensure top‑quality delivery. You will drive site design reviews, technical leadership, and client communication across multiple teams.

You will oversee report writing, QA/QC, compliance, and coordination with Project Managers to achieve financial objectives while maintaining high engineering standards and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; PE license preferred.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• 10+ years in residential/commercial land development.

Responsibilities

• Lead report writing, site plan design, drainage and grading.
• Review and seal project documents for compliance.
• Mentor junior staff on land development projects.
• Coordinate with PMs to track workflow and chargeability.
• Support QA/QC and project financial performance.
