The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and a PE license, with 8+ years of residential/commercial land development experience. Expect a dynamic team, rigorous QA/QC, and opportunities to influence project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• 8+ years ofResidential and Commercial Land Development experience including design, PM and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project teams to deliver land development projects.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to review and complete assignments to high standards.
• Provide guidance to junior staff on technical queries and project work.
• Oversee QA/QC to ensure deliverables meet engineering standards.
• Review and seal project documents for compliance with standards.
• Edit plans to satisfy agency and client requirements.
• Coordinate with managers to track workflow and meet chargeability goals.
• Support the team in achieving financial objectives and project success.
