Job summary

Remedy Medical Properties seeks a Land Development Manager to support a national Design & Construction team. The role can reside in Indianapolis, Chicago, or Charlotte and involves ground-up development, due diligence, and site planning across our nationwide platform.

You will coordinate with internal teams, lead consultant onboarding, and assist in budgets, schedules, and entitlement processes for complex healthcare sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Civil Engineering preferred.
• Extensive civil engineering, land planning, and site design experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ground-up development and land due diligence activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and legal to summarize due diligence materials.
• Support new project pursuits through client proposals and presentations.
• Develop conceptual site layouts meeting zoning and entitlement requirements.
• Assist in budgets and project schedules with municipal entitlement timelines.
• Lead selection and onboarding of site due diligence consultants and civil engineers.
• Prepare and facilitate agreements with consultants and firms.
• Coordinate permits and entitlements with local authorities.
• Participate in design meetings and review consultants’ work products.
• Support construction teams on site-related topics through project duration.
• Develop a pool of qualified consultants for national use.
• Establish best practices and client relationships across projects.
