Job summary

Remedy Medical Properties, Inc. seeks a Land Development Manager to support our national Design & Construction team.

The role can reside in Indianapolis, Chicago, or Charlotte, and involves managing ground-up development, due diligence, entitlements, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. You will lead site due diligence, review reports, develop concept layouts, budgets, and schedules, and help secure permits.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10+ years of civil engineering, land planning/landscape architecture in commercial real estate and land management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field; Civil Engineering degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ground-up development management including land due diligence and site plan approvals.
• Coordinate with internal Development, Design & Construction and Legal teams across national projects.
• Lead entitlement, budgeting, and scheduling efforts with external consultants and jurisdictions.
