Qualifications

  • 7–12+ years of experience in land development, civil construction, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of subdivision development, infrastructure, and sitework.
  • Experience working with municipalities, permitting, and zoning processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid background in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Leadership experience managing teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in land development, civil construction, and project management who can take ownership of projects from initial planning and permitting through site development and delivery to vertical construction.
