Ariva Homes is seeking a reliable Ground Maintenance Worker to help maintain the appearance of our model homes, subdivisions, and community areas. This outdoor role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping properties clean and attractive and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks.

The position involves mowing, trimming, debris removal, and basic landscaping, with opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding homebuilder.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors.
• Driver's license preferred.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping properties clean and attractive, and is comfortable performing a variety of maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and maintain grass in model homes, subdivisions, and community areas.
• Trim bushes, shrubs, and trees as needed.
• Pick up trash and debris to keep properties clean and presentable.
• Assist with basic landscaping and groundskeeping tasks.
• Perform minor handyman and maintenance duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, construction, or general labor preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
