Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical field.
• 11+ years of professional experience with at least 8 years in project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) license required.
• Strong experience expanding client bases and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver land development projects within scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
• Build long-term client relationships and expand client accounts.
• Develop proposals, project plans, and closeout documentation; manage project financials.
