Job summary

Parker Design Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Land Development Engineer to lead, design, and deliver complex land development projects from due-diligence through construction.

This senior role provides technical oversight, mentoring, and coordination with clients, permitting agencies, utility providers, and multidisciplinary project teams. Responsibilities include developing scopes, budgets, schedules, and plans; overseeing delivery and risk management; and mentoring junior engineers and CAD

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer license preferred, with Virginia focus.
• 6–10+ years of progressive civil/site/land development experience.
• Strong AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes, budgets, proposals, schedules, and project work plans.
• Oversee project delivery, milestones, and risk management.
• Mentor junior engineers and CAD designers.
