Qualifications

• 7 or more years of experience in land development, preferably in Delaware.
• P.E. required (Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and/or New Jersey preferred).
• Familiarity with stormwater modeling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Civil Group Leader with Design and Project Management.
• Develop site layouts and perform detailed design and grading.
• Perform comprehensive stormwater management design.
