Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in civil engineering and land development.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred for Delaware, New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey.
• Experience with offshore wind energy projects and relevant federal/state agencies.
