This key role involves designing water and wastewater systems, managing project phases, and developing sophisticated permitting strategies. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and PE Licensure, with preference for local experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University.
• PE Licensure is required.
• Relevant work experience in Delaware is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD is preferred.
• Ability to work in our Newark, DE office on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Apply deep knowledge of engineering principles to design water and wastewater distribution systems.
• Oversee projects from initial entitlements to construction completion.
• Efficiently handle multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies.
• Develop and implement sophisticated permitting strategies.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to enhance company presence.
• Contribute to company growth through exceptional project delivery.
