Lennar in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Land Analyst to partner with the VP and Director of Land on acquisition analysis and feasibility studies.

You will build financial models, prepare pro formas, and guide market assessments to support strategic growth and value creation for communities Lennar develops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of related real estate, land acquisition, or financial analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of real estate and residential land use with local market knowledge beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; working knowledge of mapping applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare gross revenues, profit margins, sources and uses of funds, and related projections and cash flow forecasts.
• Own the end-to-end financial feasibility analysis for each Division opportunity.
• Prepare underwriting pro formas and related financial documentation for assets acquired by the Division.
• Perform asset sales pricing analysis and analyze financial deal points for disposition opportunities.
• Recommend price and participation structures, escalations, and payment schedules.
• Maintain computerized financial proforma models for community planning and analysis.
• Serve as primary liaison between Division and Corporate Finance to ensure adherence to financial strategies.
• Lead and mentor land analysts and provide guidance on market analysis and financial modeling.
• Collaborate with VP of Land Acquisition on annual strategic land plans and capital allocation.
• Identify market trends and present data-driven investment recommendations.
