Lennar is seeking a Senior Land Analyst in Charlotte, NC to partner with senior leadership on sourcing, market studies, and feasibility analyses for land acquisitions. You will build financial models, manage end-to-end feasibility, and support corporate decision-making.
The role involves leading a team of land analysts, performing market assessments, and coordinating with Entitlements and planning teams to optimize community portfolios. Strong Excel and financial analysis skills are essential.

Sr. Land Analysts partner closely with the Vice President and Director of Land Acquisition, sourcing, and preparing competitive market studies, financial reports, and feasibility books ("Green Books") that inform corporate approval decisions. This Associate researchers deal with specific opportunities, build financial models, and support the Division's acquisition strategy — helping bring to life Lennar's commitment to building quality homes and creating value for the communities it serves.
Must be able to operate a motor vehicle. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, lift, walk, move and/or carry equipment in excess of 20 pounds. Must have finger dexterity to operate computer keyboard and calculator.
