Job summary

Our client in the Life Sciences sector seeks a Lead LIMS Engineer to join the Laboratory Informatics Department in Cincinnati, OH onsite. You will lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise LIMS, partner with stakeholders to define architecture, and drive modernization across global teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of LIMS experience, deep LabVantage knowledge, and a track record leading large-scale LIMS projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and CSV validation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting LIMS platforms, especially LabVantage.
• Strong knowledge of LabVantage architecture, workflows, forms, and platform administration.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise LIMS projects and upgrades.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in R&D, QC, Manufacturing, and Regulatory functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise LIMS in a regulated environment.
• Define system architecture, standards, and governance for LabVantage LIMS with stakeholders.
• Drive platform modernization, automation, and global continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee complex configurations, customizations, and integrations via APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+ and support validation and CSV procedures.

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) within a regulated environment.
