Job summary

Experis is seeking a Lead LIMS Engineer in Cincinnati, OH to steer enterprise LIMS initiatives across R&D, QC, Manufacturing and Regulatory teams. You will lead architecture, governance and modernization efforts for LabVantage while guiding complex integrations and validation activities.

The role demands 10+ years of LIMS experience, deep LabVantage knowledge, and strong leadership to deliver compliant, scalable solutions in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years implementing, configuring, and supporting LIMS platforms, especially LabVantage.
• Expertise in LabVantage architecture, workflows, forms, and platform administration.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise LIMS projects, upgrades and modernization.
• Deep knowledge of R&D, QC, Manufacturing and Regulatory lab operations.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise LIMS within a regulated environment.
• Partner with stakeholders to define system architecture, standards and governance for LabVantage.
• Drive platform modernization, automation, and continuous improvement across global teams.
• Oversee configurations, customizations, and integrations via APIs, web services and middleware.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+ and support validation/CSV activities.
