Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology is required.
• MT/MLS or MT-AMT or MT-HEW or MT-NCA certification is required.
• Three to five years of high complexity lab experience with leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations of clinical laboratory services and collect specimens.
• Oversee quality control and corrective actions when controls are out of range.
• Review instrument maintenance logs and assist with troubleshooting.
