Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, chemical, physical, or biological science or medical technology from an accredited institution.
• 2–5 years of hospital-based clinical laboratory experience preferred.
• Experience in management or supervision is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee moderate and high complexity testing in assigned laboratory sections.
• Manage quality control, equipment maintenance, and calibration activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for CAP and JCAHO inspections.
• Provide staff orientation, competency assessment, and in-service education.
