Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in biological or chemical sciences as defined by CLIA.
• 4–6 years of laboratory experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years in a moderate or high complexity lab.
• Clinical Lab Scientist: CA (CLS:CA) credential is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and review laboratory personnel to ensure policy and ethics compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations and staffing decisions.
• Analyze and interpret laboratory results per established work processes.
• Administer inventories of supplies, equipment, and consumables.
• Select test methodologies appropriate for clinical use of results.
• Verify test procedures and establish performance characteristics (precision/accuracy).
