Job summary

Sanford Health in Minocqua is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician to join our rural health system. You will perform phlebotomy, collect, prepare and process specimens, and support laboratory operations in a patient-focused setting.

Based at Minocqua with travel to Park Falls required, the role includes entering orders and results, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting with onboarding new staff. A high school diploma and phlebotomy certification are required or pending within 12 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• One year of laboratory related experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification required or registry eligible to take exam within 12 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required.
