Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Labor Analyst to support managers and cross‑functional teams across labor processes, payroll, audits, and compliance. This role drives operational readiness, implements strategies, and ensures consistency and efficiency across multiple functional areas.

The successful candidate will partner with Payroll, HR, Operations, and Compliance to deliver advanced support, training, and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with 5+ years in payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, or compliance.
Advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior operational SME supporting managers, leadership, and cross‑functional teams.
Lead or support complex operational projects, enterprise implementations, strategic initiatives, and readiness efforts.
Partner with Payroll, HR, Operations, Compliance, and system teams to support strategy and objectives.
Provide advanced operational support across Time & Labor Management areas based on business needs.
Support workforce operations including payroll, audit analysis, escalations, and issue resolution.
Support labor compliance activities and operational reviews to ensure policy adherence.
Plan, test, validate, deploy, and provide post‑implementation operational support.
Develop and maintain procedures, training resources, reporting tools, and reference materials.
Assist leadership with escalations, oversight, and enterprise support efforts.
Mentor team members on processes, projects, and issue resolution.
Identify risks and communicate improvements to leadership.
Design, deliver on‑site training programs for HR, employees, and supervisors.
