Responsibilities

• Deliver labor and employee relations consulting to managers and HR partners
• Support investigations, grievances, performance and absence management
• Prepare reports and briefings for HR Partners and Leadership
• Coordinate bargaining sessions and maintain accurate records and communications
• Ensure policy adherence and consistent interpretation of the CBA and laws
