Job summary

Yulista Holding LLC is seeking a Labor Relations Manager to oversee administration, interpretation, and strategic support of the organization’s collective bargaining agreements across a multi-site unionized environment.

You will work with operations in aerospace, industrial engineering, aviation maintenance, logistics, manufacturing, and government services, reporting to the Senior Labor Relations & HR Compliance Manager, and partnering with HR, Legal, Contracts, and union reps to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Employment Law, or related field required.
• Master’s degree or advanced labor relations certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive labor relations experience in unionized settings.
• Experience administering CBAs and handling grievances, investigations, and labor-management relations.
• 1+ year negotiation experience as chief negotiator; arbitration/mediation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret collective bargaining agreements across multiple units and sites.
• Serve as a primary contact for labor relations matters involving supervisors, managers, union representatives, employees, and HR partners.
• Provide guidance on contract interpretation, disciplinary actions, investigations, scheduling, overtime, reductions in force, and employee relations.
• Partner with site leadership to ensure compliance with CB obligations while maintaining operational effectiveness.
• Conduct labor relations investigations concerning grievances, disputes, policy violations, and contract issues.
• Prepare grievance responses, settlement proposals, and arbitration documentation.
• Support bargaining preparation activities, costing analyses, and implementation of newly ratified CBAs.
