Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Specialized training in Employment Law, Labor Relations or Collective Bargaining desirable.
• 5–10 years in labor relations, HR, or unionized manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret collective bargaining agreements and company policies.
• Serve as primary labor relations contact for managers, supervisors, and union reps.
• Administer the grievance procedure, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Advise on contract interpretation and employee relations issues.
• Maintain records for EEO, regulatory, and audit requirements.
• Support recruiting and workforce staffing as needed.
• Prepare reports on grievances, attendance trends, and labor costs.
• Coordinate with departments to support skill development and staffing needs.
