Job summary

Calista is seeking a Labor Relations Manager to oversee administration and interpretation of multiple collective bargaining agreements across a diverse, unionized workforce. You will partner with operations, HR, legal and unions to ensure compliant contract application, policy consistency, and risk mitigation across sites.

The role supports grievance handling, investigations, negotiations, arbitration prep, workforce transitions, and union engagement for 1,500+ employees across locations.

Qualifications

• Strong labor law knowledge and experience with collective bargaining agreements.
• Experience in grievances, investigations, and labor-management relations.
• Ability to operate in a high-pressure, government contracting environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret multiple CBAs across sites to ensure contract compliance.
• Lead investigations, discipline reviews, and arbitration preparation.
• Support negotiations, MOUs/ MOAs, and bargaining schedule management.
• Provide guidance to leadership on contract interpretation and employee relations.
• Track labor relations metrics and maintain documentation with legal counsel.
