Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressively responsible labor relations experience.
• Experience with collective bargaining agreements and contract administration.
• Experience advising leaders and HR on complex labor relations matters.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws.
• Ability to work with both management and organized labor representatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level leadership for labor relations strategy across Guthrie locations.
• Lead development, implementation, and execution of labor relations strategy and CB-related activities.
• Advise leaders and HR partners on labor relations policy, risk, and compliant practices.
• Oversee bargaining preparation, negotiations, and interpretation of CB agreements.
• Investigate, resolve, and provide guidance on grievances and disputes.
• Monitor labor law developments and advise on implications for strategy and practice.
• Travel to Guthrie locations and participate in significant labor events as required.
