Job summary

Conagra Brands, Inc. seeks a Director of Labor Relations to lead enterprise labor strategy and negotiation efforts. You will advise executives on workforce, employee relations, and organizational matters while guiding data-driven decisions across manufacturing sites.

You will shape labor relations, contract administration, and performance culture, partnering with HR, Legal, and Operations to ensure compliant, effective labor practices nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including labor relations leadership in manufacturing/unionized environments.
• Significant experience leading complex labor negotiations and developing labor strategies.
• Experience partnering with executives to drive organizational outcomes and knowledge of NLRA, FMLA, WARN, and related laws.
• Extensive experience in collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance procedures, arbitration, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise labor relations strategy aligned with manufacturing and financial objectives.
• Lead collective bargaining strategies and serve as chief spokesperson during negotiations.
• Oversee contract administration, grievance management, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
• Foster employee engagement, inclusion, and union-free environments where applicable.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to address complex employee relations issues and drive high-performance culture.
