Responsibilities

• Provide legal analysis, strategic advice, and counsel on labor matters.
• Serve as chief spokesperson in labor contract negotiations.
• Represent employers before NLRB and related administrative proceedings.
• Develop and deliver labor-relations education materials for Providence facilities.
• Coordinate with HR and outside counsel on litigation and investigations.
• Keep HR leaders and executives updated on labor legislation and union practices.
