Job summary

The role involves extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.

The Labor & Employment Practice represents clients coast to coast in all phases and types of employment litigation, counseling, and training.

Qualifications

• Prior employment litigation experience, preferably on the management side.
• Experience in employment counseling or in-house employment law is preferred.
• Extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.
• Labor & Employment Practice represents clients coast to coast in all phases of employment litigation.
• Candidates with substantive litigation experience in related areas with interest in labor and employment law will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions.
