• Extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel; significant role in labor and employment law.
• Employment counseling or in-house employment law experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions and manage discovery disputes as needed.
• Interact with clients, government agencies, and opposing counsel; contribute to all phases of labor and employment litigation.
