The attorney will engage extensively with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel. TheLabor & Employment Practice represents clients nationally across all phases of employment litigation, counseling, and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in employment litigation, preferably on the management side.
• Experience handling discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour claims.
• Advice and counseling experience preferred.
• Extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Drafting and arguing motions.
• Taking and defending depositions.
